What is the cost of a booth at the event?
Booth fees are $300 for food vendors and $250 for craft vendors, taxes included. Please note that this is for space only 10X10. Tents and equipment are not provided.

When do vendors will be able to load in and set up their tents?

Vendors can load in between 8:30am and 10:30am. Vendors must be fully set up by 11:00am.

All food vendors must submit the Ottawa Public Health application at least 20 days before the festival and have a hand-washing station on-site.

Vendors must carry their own insurance for damage, loss, or theft during the event.

Alcohol Policy: The sale, distribution, or consumption of alcoholic beverages by vendors is strictly prohibited at all times.

Vendors must keep their area clean and free of litter, bring their own garbage bins and may not dispose of waste elsewhere within the festival grounds.
